For 2019, The Chopard L.U.C XPS Azur was launched, which was only a limited edition of 10 pieces, all made of 18k white gold of ethical origin and retail sales for CHF 37,800. The XPS Azure watch features a light blue dial (blue), a nice change from the intense, vibrant red of the Red Carpet Edition watch from last year. The watch slips elegantly under a fist. A relatively discreet case, the star of the show is the blue guilloché sphere that evokes the colors of the Mediterranean, the backdrop of the Cannes Film Festival. The dial reveals a series of textures: the central part of the dial is beautifully decorated with a guilloché radiant wave pattern that emanates from the L.U.C logo at 12 o'clock; the small seconds counter embedded at 6 o'clock shows a concentric pattern; while the chapter time ring is a sunburst with a satin finish. Inside the case, it exceeds the L.U.C 96.01-L movement made at home with Chopard's patented Twin technology, which incorporates two barrels
