Hey,Are you ready to travel,if yes,i think you have to choose a timezone watch for you,On SIHH 2016,IWC celebrates the 80th anniversary of its first Pilot's Watch that launched in 1936.have launched many watch with the theme
"Come Fly With Us",Include the watch we will introduce today,The IWC Pilot’s Watch Timezoner Chronograph 3950,and the replica watch was make out from Our site ftwatches.cn.
The Timezoner is IWC’s maiden attempt at integrating particularly user-friendly GMT/dual time zone complication into its collections.Local time is set to a new time zone by pressing down on two opposite sides of the bezel and turning it until the desired time zone locks into the 12 o’clock position. That’s all there is to it, really. Both the hour hand and the red 24-hour hand will follow the bezel, jumping in one-hour increments to reveal the time at the chosen destination – minutes still need to be adjusted via the crown in the unlikely event that you're traveling to a half-hour or 45-minute time zone.
The watch is a column-wheel chronograph, with the movement made in-house by IWC (caliber 89760). The hour and minute registers are combined in a single counter, and it's also a flyback chronograph. The world time indication, we should mention, is pretty radically different from anything else out there; this is not a conventional dual time zone/GMT watch. The locking bezel is coordinated with all displays, including the time, the date, and the red-tipped 24 hour hand.
And then there's the decision to pick-and-mix indications from the 24-hour inner ring and the running seconds where they intersect, giving us this interesting sequence as you go clockwise around the running seconds sub-dial: 10 (hours), 20 (seconds), 30 (seconds), 14 (hours), 60 (seconds).
The watch measures 45mm across, but that's not even the real problem here. It’s thickness that's worrisome. At 16mm thick, it is not an easy watch to wear, and the thickness will tend to make it more vulnerable to knocks.
As a tool watch, the Timezoner is practical and efficient. The chronograph operation is smooth, and caliber 89760 offers an impressive 68-hour power reserve. Hours and minutes are highly legible, despite the densely-packed information on the dial, and the finishing is a cut above what Vogard offers – the polished ceramic bezel really makes it feel that much more special, and it feels great when you're adjusting the time.
The IWC Pilot’s Watch Timezoner Chronograph 3950 is priced at $11,900 and comes on a black calfskin Santoni strap with folding clasp.
